Hyderabad rape case accused dies: There has been a stir after the body of a man was found on the Warangal railway track. People are speculating that this body is of the same accused who raped and murdered a six-year-old girl in Hyderabad. Actually the accused of Hyderabad rape and murder was absconding since the incident.

Cause of death not yet disclosed. A tattoo on the hand of a 30-year-old man found dead on a railway track has led the police to believe that it is the body of accused Raju. However, according to Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar, the identity of the accused would be confirmed only after the results of the investigation. It is not yet known how the man died. The police had announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh to anyone providing information to nab Raju.

The news of the death of the accused was given by the Director General of Police of Telangana in a tweet on Thursday morning. “The accused of child sexual abuse & murder @Singareni Colony, found dead on railway track in #StationGhanpurPoliceStation limits.” The accused deceased has been confirmed as per the identification marks made on his body.

On September 9, the incident of rape and murder of a six-year-old girl came to light in Saidabad, Hyderabad. The accused in the case is a 30-year-old man residing near his house. The accused person allegedly took the minor to his house by luring him with toffee. When the girl’s parents could not find their daughter anywhere, they lodged a missing complaint with the police station. After investigation, the girl’s body was found inside their neighbor Raju’s house in the evening. After that the police registered a case under sections related to rape and murder and Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act 2012.
